With months of renovation and anxiously waiting, we are pleased to announce the opening of our restaurant PHO CAFE on Friday November 24, 2023 at 8410 Mukilteo Speedway Suite G Mukilteo, WA 98275. We will be featuring a limited menu for our opening!
